The initial planning for the farm began in early 2022 with the reconfiguration by the owner of Integument Media Co - Dale Palmer. During the pandemic Mr. Palmer began to reflect on the current positioning in the Community Association related businesses, and if it wouldn't allow him to expand into an area the had been a personal interest of his, for many years, Growing Gourmet Mushroom and Truffles. That being said he began to do research into the possibilities of starting a smaller growing operation. To better begin the Tuffière, with one of the leading experts in inculcation and growing Truffles. With the knowledge of leading experts in the mushroom & fungal farming industry we began to look for the best location. After placing an offer on three properties (and having them all fall through) we decided to move more slowly to find exactly what was needed. |
